Low back pain, neck tightness had become the “normal” with time.  I started thinking this was my “norm”.  I had low energy too.  Then I developed hip pain that hurt in two areas.  It was terrible.  It got even worse when I had taken a Zumba class.  I was fine the first month of Zumba, and then it became horrible.  I couldn’t sleep because of the pain.  I couldn’t lay on my side or back! 

Then my neck became awful too.  I got where between my neck and back pain I couldn’t turn to look for other cars when I was driving.  That was dangerous!  Also, my nose ran all of the time.  The Kleenex box and I became one.  I do have allergies, but this was the worst it had ever been.

Since I started chiropractic care, everything has changed!  I can drive without fear!  Back aches are gone.  Neck aches are gone.  My hips don’t hurt.  I have so much more energy!!!  My nose doesn’t run like it did.  I’m so much better off in my life!

Before receiving chiropractic care at Braile Chiropractic I was having hip pain.  I had also been wearing glasses for seven years.  My eye sight was progressively getting worse as time went on. 

After only a month of going to get chiropractic care I had no more hip pain.  Most recently, for the past few months, I had been having severe headaches every day.  I went to get my eyes checked.  The Optometrist said “on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, you are a 1.  If everyone had eyes like you, I wouldn’t have a job.”  Not only did my eye sight improve, I no longer need glasses!

For about five years my hands felt like you put lighter fluid on them and struck the match. I went to 37 different doctors, including  RA Specialists, nerve doctors, family doctors, lots of doctors. They all pretty much said the same thing which was, “oh I will figure it out.” Then about a month later they all then would say “I just don't know but we could try something.” I did this the first time and almost died.

Then I went to Doctor Braile’s office. He took a couple x-rays, set up a time to go over them and purpose a treatment plan. He spent about 3o minutes with me explaining everything in the beginning. I was having lower back pains and shooting pains down both legs to the point that I was not able to walk.  It was affecting my life by having to depend on others to help me walk or dress myself.  I was taking multiple anti inflammatory medications to help with no luck.

After receiving chiropractic care the lower back pain is minimal to nonexistent and the shooting pain down my legs is almost gone as well.  I am able to walk and run with little to no discomfort without taking any medications.

Before receiving chiropractic care, I had extensive migraines and headaches.  The pain would be so severe; I could barely focus on anything.  My hands would shake terribly and sometimes while driving, I had to pull over until the pain would decrease.  Not to mention the stiffness in my lower back and hip areas.  It would also create soreness in my right shoulder.

Since I have been under chiropractic care, I no longer have any hip or shoulder pain.   The tightness in my lower back has been very minor.  Most of all I no longer experience any migraines at all, which is a major blessing.  My everyday life is so much better knowing that migraines are not going to take over my day.

In 2009 I had back surgery to correct a severe case of scoliosis.  One orthopedic doctor said that the angle of my spine was so severe that if I received a jolt just right my back could break.  During the surgery the doctor nicked my spinal column temporarily paralyzing my right leg.  I was in the hospital for 27 days, 20 of those in post surgical ICU. 

I was in a wheelchair for about 6 months.  I used a walker for about 6 more months and I used a cane for about another year.  I still have to take my wheelchair with me in case I have to do something that requires stamina, which I still do not have.  The quads in my right leg are still very weak and may never completely recover. 

To be able to function, before Dr. Braile, I was taking heavy duty narcotic pain killers every day (for about 2 ½ years!).  Generally I took 2 to 4 Oxycodones every day.   However, with Dr. Braile’s assistance I now take 2 to 4 pain pills per WEEK!  He is keeping the spine above the fusion straight and not allowing the muscles in my back to curve my spine back to the right again.  Right before my first appointment with Dr. Braile I had seen my back surgeon and he told me he thought we were going to have to do surgery again and add 1 or 2 more vertebrae to the fusion.   My thought was “I DON’T THINK SO!”               

I am now able to function in a reasonably normal manner.  I am still slow but I walk unaided, and I can go anywhere and do anything.  I still take advantage of the scooters that are available in grocery stores.  I do sit when I need to sit and when I am in real pain, I will take a pain pill.  Overall my quality of life has improved about 100%.

I now keep a stack of Dr. Braile’s cards in my wallet so I can pass them out to anyone who is looking for a fabulous Chiropractor or to anyone who is contemplating back surgery.  He is MARVELOUS!

I have spent several years suffering of lower back pain and neck problems. I have also been suffering of body stiffness throughout my entire body.

Now, since I have been under chiropractic care, I am much looser. I have less back pain and there is even some improvement in my neck area.

I was a skeptic of chiropractic, as my mother was a nurse and did not believe in chiropractic. I have found chiropractic care to be the most useful of my time. I would recommend chiropractic to everyone!

I had an extreme pain in my hip that moved from the front of my body to the rear within the course of one day.  I was unable to sleep, stand, sit, or walk without an incredible amount of pain and discomfort. 

On my first visit, I was hardly able to walk in to the office.  With just one adjustment I could finally walk and the pain had subsided from an initial ten to an eight.  After three or four more adjustments, I had very little discomfort and full use of my hip.  I could finally sleep, sit, and walk without any pain or discomfort.

I have suffered from chronic back pain for approximately two years.  At one point I was even hospitalized as the pain was so great.  I could not even sit up from a horizontal position.  As a result of that hospitalization I was assigned exercises from a physical therapist.  Although the exercises were helpful, I decided to seek chiropractic care to improve my condition.
