Dr. Nikolas Romage is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and proud graduate of Life University, where he developed a strong foundation in chiropractic science and whole-body health. He is licensed by the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners and currently serves as the lead chiropractor and owner at Georgia Vitality Chiropractic.

With experience spanning across 11 chiropractic mission trips and thousands of adjustments performed worldwide, Dr. Nik brings a global perspective and servant’s heart to his practice.

His approach is rooted in scientific analysis, personalized care, and a deep belief that healing starts within. Whether he’s reviewing X-rays or adjusting families in the office, Dr. Nik is dedicated to helping each patient reach their highest level of vitality and performance.

Tammy Romage is the Director of Operations at Georgia Vitality Chiropractic, where she leads with both heart and strategy. With a strong background in business leadership, Tammy ensures that every aspect of the practice runs with integrity and intention.

More than just a professional role, her work is a family mission. She’s a proud mom to Dr. Nik and soon-to-be chiropractor Dr. Jamieson, making this a family practice driven by purpose and passion.

Tammy combines a deep love for wellness with operational excellence, creating a space where both patients and providers thrive.

Tammy has been working in chiropractic offices for over a decade. She is not only experienced at handling the workings of a busy office, but she is also very experienced in chiropractic. Tammy also has a daughter who is a new chiropractic graduate from Life University School of Chiropractic.
