Neck Pain and Stiffness Gone
For many years I suffered from pain at the base of my neck and also in my lower back. A short time ago my back pain was so excruciating that I could barely function. Nothing made it feel better. It hurt to sit, walk, and sleep. I was miserable!
After making the decision to go to Dr. Braile, I felt he could really make a difference for me and I was correct! After my initial few adjustments he alleviated my lower back pain and I have not had any neck pain.
I also have regained flexibility which has helped in my yoga and exercises classes. It has even improved my golf swing!
