My neck and posture have improved greatly
For several years I have had stiffness in my neck and shoulders that made it painful to turn my head fully from side to side. Headaches were very common. My postre was poor, as I tended to hunch forward to feel comfortable, which lead to very poor posture. In addition, lower back pain was present to a severe degree daily
After receiving a few months of chiropractic corrective treatment, my neck and posture have improved greatly, with neck stiffness and headaches no longer present. My back pain has greatly improved and I now experience a much better feeling of overall wellness. It feels better to be improving in health rather than it slowly being degraded.
