I work in an office doing data input.  By the end of the day, I would have pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back.  I also felt drained and didn’t want to do anything that didn’t include sitting in the recliner with a heating pad and taking a couple of pain pills.  I also took medications for high blood pressure and cholesterol to name a few.

I no longer have that annoying neck and back pain and I have much more energy.  Also, I recently had blood work done and all my lab work came back well within range.  My doctor said I was the “Poster Person” for good health.  I wake at 3:45am every weekday, travel about an hour to work, put in eight hours, another hour to hour and one half on the trip home and I still have enough energy to do something productive in the evenings.

I must admit, I was a little skeptical, but must say that there has been a major difference in my health and my life.  Without a doubt I would recommend Braile Chiropractic to anyone.  Not only because chiropractic makes such a difference in your health, but Dr. Braile and Brandi make you feel very comfortable and at ease.

Before receiving chiropractic care I had extreme vertigo, headaches, fatigue and a general listlessness.  I was unable to drive, lost my job because of the vertigo. I had problems with walking so, I used a cane.

After starting chiropractic care, I am able to drive and I have stopped using a cane.  I am able to do routine chores, including yard work, house work, etc.  I feel my general health has improved.

Before visiting Braile Chiropractic, I suffered from neck pain and high blood pressure.  These maladies negatively impacted my life.  The quality of my life went down because I was tired and anxious most of the time.  Life was unbearable!  Something had to be done.

Before bringing Asher to see Dr. Braile, he would cough all night and wake up choking on phlem.

Since childhood, I had the “normal”/ “a lot of people have this problem” symptoms; including bad seasonal allergies, regular nose bleeds and upper respiratory problems.  As a teenager I had more problems (including the old ones) that included intestinal/ digestion problems and frequent headaches.  All or any of these problems puts your life on hold while suffering from them. 

After receiving regular chiropractic care, my nosebleeds stopped almost immediately, as well as my digestion problems.  Then, as I committed more time to taking care of my spine, my upper respiratory problems subsided and my frequently occurring allergies and headaches are very rarely occurring, if at all!  Now my life is rarely put on hold for health problems at all!

I started chiropractic care in November 2010.  I originally came to see Dr. Braile because, at the time, I was going through EXTREME periods of depression and anxiety, trying out different medications, and experiencing many different physical symptoms.

For my age, was definitely not normal, I am 23.  I had never been on medication before, but something in me just snapped and I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder and placed on temporary meds which caused even more severe issues when I withdrew off Xanax.

For anyone who has had anxiety and depression, you know that the experience is very crippling.  It was hard for me to stay focused or optimistic that anything or anyone could help me.  I literally thought I was doomed for the rest of my life and I was scared of even leaving my house.  I began seeing Dr. Bob with hopes of trying out different therapies to overcome these issues and I figured Chiropractic could only help with the problems I was having. 

With the anxiety came a lot of physical symptom: shortness of breath, chest pains, light-headedness, dizziness and many other random issues that can mimic sever physical problems.  I didn’t want to stay on medication, but it was something that I realized I needed until all of my problems got sorted out.

Today I am anxiety and depression free which is something I never thought I’d experience at any point in my life.  I have all of my confidence back and then some.  I’m a completely different person because of the issues I experienced and none of those fears that I had previously have any control over me.  Even though I cannot say Chiropractic was the “cure-all” for the problems I was experiencing (as I did seek out many different treatments), I know during all of my treatments, I felt immediately better after each session.  It was just what I was seeking when crippled with anxiety and couldn’t get a break from.

Among other things, I had many other issues at the time I started receiving my treatment.  After a few short treatments, I noticed my IBS was no longer bothersome, headaches were very rare, and from sleeping on my stomach so much I had developed a slight pain in my lower back when lying down.  This completely vanished after 1 treatment and has yet to return.

I’ve been going for over a year now and noticed that stress no longer bothers me, anxiety and depression are gone, my whole attitude and outlook on life changed completely.  As far as being sick goes, I only get a cold about once a year which only lasts for a day or 2.  The worst part was the long-lasting sore throat.  Now when I get a cold, I don’t even get the sore throat, just a slight sinus infection.

My eyes ALWAYS bothered me during the spring and fall due to pollen and allergies.  Now my eyes are perfectly fine during these times of year. 

Overall, I feel like chiropractic has benefitted me greatly and I’m a completely different person because of it.

Low back pain, neck tightness had become the “normal” with time.  I started thinking this was my “norm”.  I had low energy too.  Then I developed hip pain that hurt in two areas.  It was terrible.  It got even worse when I had taken a Zumba class.  I was fine the first month of Zumba, and then it became horrible.  I couldn’t sleep because of the pain.  I couldn’t lay on my side or back! 

Then my neck became awful too.  I got where between my neck and back pain I couldn’t turn to look for other cars when I was driving.  That was dangerous!  Also, my nose ran all of the time.  The Kleenex box and I became one.  I do have allergies, but this was the worst it had ever been.

Since I started chiropractic care, everything has changed!  I can drive without fear!  Back aches are gone.  Neck aches are gone.  My hips don’t hurt.  I have so much more energy!!!  My nose doesn’t run like it did.  I’m so much better off in my life!

I absolutely do recommend Dr. Braile to everyone I can!
