Polio Wasn�t Vanquished It Was Redefined
Back in the mid 70's I did some reseach that questions the numbers associated with the Polio vaccine's claim to wipe oout that disease. Without the internet, my paper was lost to time. Perhaps the most egregious example of clever slight of hand (… not to mention the outright, blatant rewriting of history) on the part of public health officials in the United States occurred in 1954 when the U.S. government changed the diagnostic criteria for polio. Continue reading here
