Subluxations can sneak up on you and you don’t have to be in pain to have a problem! Are you getting checked for subluxations? Make sure that your brain is speaking to EVERY part of your body as it should be by keeping up with your visits to your local CHIROPRACTOR!
Sometimes, it’s easy to spend our last hours awake on our phones, tablets, and televisions. Since intense backlighting of electronics triggers chemicals in the brain that tell your body it’s time to be awake, try turning them off ONE HOUR before going to bed for a better night’s rest!
It's always bittersweet to say goodbye to our interns and this one is no exception to the rule. With a kind smile, a friendly hello, and a genuine concern for our patients, he really made a special inpact on our office. While he's off to bigger and better things, he'll always have a special place in our hearts! Goodbye Dustin! We know we'll hear GREAT things about you in the future!
Movement is LIFE in the body. If you’re not so regular in your exercise routine, walking is a GREAT way to get yourself moving! Find a place you enjoy and try adding a ten minute walk twice a week to increase YOUR movement!
Proper Mental Attitude
Many of us feel stressed, tired, and bogged down with everyday life. But studies show that appreciative people are happier people! Journaling things we are grateful for is a FANTASTIC way to keep a positive mental attitude! Try it this March!
Eating fruits and vegetables when they are in season has a WONDERFUL effect on your body! For the month of March, try adding ONE more fruit or vegetable to every meal, like: citrus, spinach, artichokes, kumquats, bok choy, grapefruit, radishes, and rhubarb!
Gardening, hiking, camping, cleaning, or just getting outside, spring is a GREAT season for activity and trying new things.
This spring, we're encouraging our patients to try ONE healthy lifestyle change a week to encourage the five facets of health.
Stay tuned in for our Spring Into Health 2016 tips for a healthier YOU!
Who else is ready for winter to be over!? Hopefully this bright and chipper Thank You Wall will help bring in the warmer weather! Thank you all for your referrals! Here's to a healthy, happy, and hopefully early spring!
Proud grandfather Dr Bob gives his new grandson Evan his first adjustment within hours of his birth. "It is important for babies to start their lives with nervous systems that are free from interference from subluxations, said Dr. Bob. "Even the easiest childbirth process can create subluxations that interfere with proper function."
