At one point the pain was very acute in my left arm. I had some numbness and tingling in my arm and fingers. Since starting my regular adjustments, I have gained an increase in my range of motion and flexibility. The tingling and numbness in my arm and fingers has went away. I also came with the intentions of improving my overall health as a compliment to my workout and nutrition goals. Since starting care, the pain I was experiencing went away within 2 weeks of my first adjustment. Overall I feel more balanced. I used to have aches after strenuous workout that would require several days recovery but I feel my recovery time has improved. I also have experienced more energy and my brain fog has decreased. I was unable to focus on my math studies. Simple math that required using a predetermined formula became difficult to me and I was unable to complete the class as a result. I also was unable able to work as an RN because my symptoms drastically affected my everyday life. Â Since starting care at Braile Chiropractic my headaches have ceased and my dizziness is gone. I no longer suffer from the ringing in my ears and my mental focus has returned to normal. My neck pain is completely gone! A short time ago my back pain was so excruciating that I could barely function. Nothing made it feel better. It hurt to sit, walk, and sleep. I was miserable! In the last two years my headaches turned into migraines , my hip pain made it hard to walk , and my sinuses/allergies made me miserable. Because of these symptoms, I developed debilitating anxiety and my relationships with my husband, children and other loved ones suffered. They told me that this was part of getting older. Even when my blood work came back a little off, they just told me my body was trying to ‘fight something off’ and threw antibiotics my way. I don’t think they believed I was truly in pain, and I started to wonder if I really was crazy! After some persistence from my cousin (a former employee of Dr. Braile), I decided to give one last ditch effort and try Chiropractic care . The first thing Dr. Braile said to me was, ‘You are too young to be feeling like this.’ THANK YOU ! Someone finally believes me! It took less than an hour of an exam and describing my symptoms for him to know what was wrong with me. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything in great detail to me. Within 5 minutes of my first adjustment, my migraine/dizziness/nausea and sinus pain were GONE! It’s been two weeks and I am still pain free. I am no longer dizzy and nauseous in the mornings, I no longer have to take anything for headaches , and I haven’t had to use my muscle relaxers or anti inflammatories . I have also not experienced the tight chest that comes with anxiety! Anyone who has lived with chronic pain and anxiety truly understands what a gift that is, regardless of the length of time. Thanks to the lack of headaches, I’ve also gone two whole weeks without the caffeine that I used to live off of.  I’ve wanted to do that for years, but I was always too scared of my headaches getting worse without it. I feel like I now have a clearer head and natural energy that I never knew existed. I’ve never looked forward to going to a doctor before. Headaches were very common. My postre was poor, as I tended to hunch forward to feel comfortable, which lead to very poor posture. In addition, lower back pain was present to a severe degree daily After receiving a few months of chiropractic corrective treatment, my neck and posture have improved greatly, with neck stiffness and headaches no longer present. I couldn’t drive and walking from point “A” to point “B” seemed nearly impossible without assistance from someone. Since I started chiropractic care, I have not fainted. It affected daily life severely.  It made my senses very sensitive to light and sound. Since I have started regular chiropractic care, I have decreased my eye prescription in half.  This in turn made my headaches disappear.  Since I received my new contact, my headaches are gone.  I can go everyday with no more annoying headaches. My chest pain is completely gone and ended very soon after I started seeing Dr. Braile.  In addition, my headaches are much improved when I come in for treatment every week.  I do notice an increase in the headache pain when I miss a week. After about 3 months of adjustments, I was able to stop taking both anxiety medications.  I quit smoking without having severe withdrawals and cravings.  I no longer have neck and back pain. I would definitely recommend Braile Chiropractic to everyone. Since coming to Dr. Braile I am no longer having headaches, numbness, neck pain or shoulder pain.  I now work without pain and I can throw a softball again because my shoulder pain is gone. Going into this I was very skeptical.  But I thought before seeing my doctor I would give it a chance and I am very glad I did.  Now any time anyone mentions having any kind of pain, I am the first to recommend chiropractic care. Ever since I started care I have seen tremendous improvements in my sinuses.  I no longer have a stuffy nose in the mornings, and I did not get a sinus infection in winter like I have been for the last five years.
